At Westchester Elite Soccer, we are building more than teams — we are building a development pathway for players and a professional environment for coaches. We’re always looking to connect with passionate, reliable, and growth-minded coaches who care about long-term player development

Coaching Opportunities

We work across three program levels:

Fundamental Program – introduction to the game, fun and fundamentals

Developmental Program – skill development with structured game play

Competitive Program – travel teams and performance pathway

Coaching opportunities may include weekday evenings and/or weekends in Westchester County, NY.

Willingness to learn and grow within a club system

Required Qualifications

Previous coaching or playing experience

US Soccer or United Soccer Coaches certification (or actively working toward one)

Experience working with youth players
